All Sales Final

All products sold by Pyur Organics LLC are handcrafted and made in small batches. Due to the hygienic and personal nature of these products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with scent, texture, consistency, or color.

Product Variability

Customer acknowledges that all products are handmade and may exhibit natural variations in appearance, texture, and scent from batch to batch. Such variations do not constitute defects and are not grounds for refund, return, or exchange.

Ingredient Disclosure & Customer Responsibility

A complete list of ingredients is provided for each product. By purchasing, the customer represents and warrants that they have reviewed all ingredient disclosures and have determined that the product is suitable for their personal use.

Pyur Organics LLC shall not be responsible for any adverse reactions, including but not limited to allergic reactions, sensitivities, or irritation.

Assumption of Risk

By purchasing and using any product from Pyur Organics LLC, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

• Use of the product is at their sole risk
• They assume full responsibility for any and all outcomes resulting from use
• They release Pyur Organics LLC from any and all liability associated with use or misuse of the product

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pyur Organics LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use its products.

Agreement to Terms

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to this Refund & Return Policy in full.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
