This Product Use, Liability & Damages Disclaimer (“Disclaimer”) governs the purchase and use of all products sold by Pyur Organics LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using our products, you agree to the terms set forth below.

All products sold by Pyur Organics LLC are cosmetic in nature and intended for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.


Statements made regarding our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.


Customers should consult a qualified healthcare professional prior to use if they have any medical conditions, are pregnant or nursing, or have concerns regarding product use.

2. Ingredient Disclosure & Customer Responsibility


A complete ingredient list is provided for every product. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that:


  • You have reviewed all ingredients prior to purchase
  • You understand the nature of topical cosmetic products
  • You will conduct a patch test prior to full use


Pyur Organics LLC shall not be liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, irritation, or any adverse outcomes.

In all circumstances, the Company’s total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pyur Organics LLC, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your violation of these terms
  • Any third-party claim related to your use of the product

7. Product Variability


Due to the handmade, small-batch nature of our products, variations in color, scent, texture, and consistency are normal and do not constitute defects.

8. Chargeback & Payment Disputes


By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Pyur Organics LLC to attempt resolution.


You acknowledge that:


  • This policy constitutes a clear disclosure of “all sales final” and product use risks
  • Filing a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback may constitute a violation of applicable laws


We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and provide this policy as evidence to the payment processor.

9. Authorized Use & Resale Restrictions


Products sold by Pyur Organics LLC are intended for personal use only. Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or modification of our products is prohibited without prior written consent.


We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or claims arising from products that have been:

  • Altered, repackaged, or relabeled
  • Stored or handled outside our control

This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Binding Arbitration


Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the purchase or use of our products shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration.


Arbitration shall be conducted in Texas in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or a similar provider selected by the Company. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action or arbitration against Pyur Organics LLC.

13. Venue & Jurisdiction


If any claim is permitted to proceed in court, it shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas. You consent to jurisdiction and waive objections to venue.

By purchasing or using any product from Pyur Organics LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Disclaimer in full.
